Gaza Bleeds: Israeli Genocidal War Kills 57,680 Palestinians
The ministry reported that hospitals received 105 bodies in the past 24 hours, along with 530 wounded individuals. This brings the total number of injuries amid Israel’s ongoing assault to 137,409.
“Many victims are still trapped under the rubble and on the roads as rescuers are unable to reach them,” the statement noted.
Israel reignited its offensive on Gaza on March 18, breaking a ceasefire and prisoner swap deal that had been in place since January. Since the resumption of attacks, 7,118 more people have been killed and 25,368 injured.
In November, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, citing war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in Gaza.
Israel is also currently facing a genocide lawsuit at the International Court of Justice over its military actions in the territory.
